An Ihrer Wirbelsäule wurde in einer Operation ein Teil eines Wirbelkörpers entfernt.
Die Wirbelsäule besteht aus den einzelnen Wirbeln. Zwischen 2 Wirbeln liegt jeweils eine Bandscheibe. Die meisten Wirbel bestehen jeweils aus einem Wirbelkörper und einem Wirbelbogen. Der Wirbelkörper trägt die Last des Körpers. Die Wirbelbögen liegen übereinander und bilden dadurch den Wirbelkanal. Im Wirbelkanal liegt das Rückenmark.
